Ms. Parusu Kavya Teja
Ms. Parusu Kavya Teja is pursuing her Ph. D. at the Dept. of Natural Products, NIPER-Ahmedabad. She received her M.S. (Pharm.) in Natural Products from NIPER-Kolkata in the year 2017-2019. During her master research programme, she had worked in CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Biology (IICB) on a project entitled ‘Exploring alpha-glucosidase inhibitory constituents from Elephant’s apple collected from North East India.’ under the supervision of Dr. Deepak Kumar, Scientist, CSIR-IICB. Her research interest includes isolation and characterization of bioactive compounds from medicinal plants and targeted semisynthetic modifications of isolated compounds for anti-cancer evaluation. She is also interested in formulation and development NDDS based herbal formulations. Currently, she is working on a project entitled ‘Bioprospecting, molecular docking analysis and synthetic modification of bioactive compounds from Glycosmis Pentaphylla for the discovery of potent anticancer compounds.’
Mr. Suraj Kutre
Mr. Suraj Kutre is pursuing his Ph. D. at Dept. of Natural products, NIPER-Ahmedabad. He received his M.S. Pharm in Natural Products from NIPER-Kolkata in the year 2019-2021. During his master research program, he had worked on a project entitled as ‘Qualitative and quantitative analysis of syringin, berberine , tinosporin, and isocolumbin in Tinospora cardifolia’ extract under the supervision of Dr. Satheesh nanjappan. Currently he is working on a project entitled as ‘Phytochemical investigations of Curcuma caesia for the potential anticancer and anti-inflammatory activity’ under Dr. Siddheshwar Kisan Chauthe, Assistant Professor, NIPER-Ahmedabad
Ms. Sanjana kyada
Ms. Sanjana kyada received her B. Pharm degree from noble Pharmacy College, Gujarat Technological University, Junagadh, India in the academic year 2021. Currently, she is pursuing M.S. Pharm in Natural Products, under the guidance of Dr. Siddheshwar Chauthe from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Ahmedabad, India. Her current research interest includes Isolation and characterization of novel compounds from fruits of Glycosmis pentaphylla as potential anticancer agents.

Mr. Vaibhav Dattatray Kale received his B. pharm degree from S.M.B.T College of Pharmacy, Nashik affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University academic year 2021. Currently he is pursuing M.S Pharm in Natural Products, under the guidance of Dr. Siddheshwar Chauthe from National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Ahmedabad, India. His current research interest includes Isolation, characterization and enrichment of Anthocyanins from Rhododendron arboreum and development of anthocyanin enriched extract as a nutraceutical product.
